ELLA'S COTTAGES - KEY WEST HISTORIC INNS, Key West – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, offering a good level of comfort, although a bit more attention to cleanliness would have been appreciated. The welcoming energy was a highlight despite encountering a cockroach. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff, making my experience even better.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immense, gorgeous, and had huge windows, a huge and very clean bathroom, and fluffy, wonderful towels. The private balcony and large, comfortable bed made my stay very relaxing, but it could be a bit noisy until traffic drops later in the evening. The location was great, just off the main Duval street, allowing easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, Mallory square, and the southernmost point. The service was awesome, and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The dining experience was great and offered lots of choices, although the Spanish dishes were not to my liking. Overall, the hotel offered a great value for the money, but the location being right on the street made it very loud at times.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though very small without even a closet, had beautiful wooden floors and beams, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The overall cleanliness and pleasant ambiance were noteworthy. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and near all attractions while still offering a quiet environment. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, especially enjoyed by the pool. However, the room size was a bit limiting, and the breakfast wasn't very interesting.
